Design and Fabrication Experts
Can you make one-off components?

Yes. We can manufacture one-off bespoke components or assemblys with a Rapid turnaround.

Can you manufacture products from my drawings?

Yes. We are more than happy to convert your paper drawings into an AutoCAD file. If you have your own files, we can accept AutoCAD, DWG, DXF & SolidWorks files. Or, if you just have the component we can work with that also.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We can arrange to have your products delivered worldwide.

Can you assemble the components?

Yes. We are more than happy to manufacture and assemble your products on-site at ELC prior to collection or delivery.

Does ELC Laser Group Ltd have the capability to reverse engineer products?

Yes. Our highly qualified design specialists can reverse engineer products using state of the art Radmax multi axis software.

Can ELC Laser Group Ltd supply fully assembled products?

Yes. We offer a one-stop package from design to completion. We can supply fully-assembled products entailing electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical operating systems and controls.

Has ELC the capability to have products certified?

Yes. We are partnered with a number of world renowned certified testing and certifying companies including: Design Pro Automation, Crane Care, BHP Laboratories and Pilz.

What range of materials do you work with?

ELC Laser Group work with the complete range of Mild Steels (S275, S355) and Stainless Steels (316, 321, 304 Avesta) Corten, also Hardox Weldox, Nickel, Monel, Alloy600 and precious metals including Titanium and Tantalum. We keep an extensive supply of these materials in stock, ranging in thicknesses from 0.15mm to 20mm.

What format of drawing files can you work with?

Acceptable formats include DXF files, DWG files, IGES files, Step files and Sat files. We also can work with preliminary sketches.

Is design-only an option ?

Whilst design to completion is our preferred option, ELC Laser Group does offer design-only services to a select group of customers.

How can 5 axis lasers be of benefit?

ELC Laser Group’s 5 axis laser is the most advanced laser platform. It enables the  processing of three-dimensional components or products. Previously, design personnel were restricted in their designs due to the limiting technology available to them. The fact that the laser operates in all 5 axis offers endless design capabilities.
